I participate in the Orange-Maroon Legislative Day because I want to do my part to help ensure that future generations of Texans will be able to benefit from a world class higher education. Texas A & M and the University of Texas provide a nurturing intellectual environment for our state's future teachers, doctors, business people, leaders, and parents. The opportunity to work with my fellow Longhorns and our Aggie friends is enjoyable and rewarding. All interested in allowing the laudable missions of each excellent university to continue should do what they can to help spread our story among our legislators. |
